1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any frogbet service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, AML & KYC Policy, and any additional rules or policies posted on the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use frogbet.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-platform banner. Continued use of frogbet after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account and use frogbet services. By registering, you warrant that you meet this requirement.
frogbet is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing frogbet complies with local laws. We reserve the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at our discretion.
3. Account Registration & Security
Each player may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to request identity verification at any time. Providing false information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Bonuses
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in cryptocurrency. frogbet does not accept fiat currency. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts may apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. frogbet reserves the right to amend, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds if we reasonably believe they have been claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.
5. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use frogbet only for lawful personal entertainment. The following are strictly prohibited: collusion, use of automated software or bots, exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities, money laundering, and any conduct intended to defraud frogbet or other players.
We monitor gameplay for irregular patterns. Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be closed, all winnings forfeited, and the matter may be referred to competent authorities.
6. Responsible Gaming
frogbet provides tools to help you manage your gambling, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your Account Settings. We strongly encourage all players to use them.

7. Limitation of Liability
frogbet provides its services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits you made in the 12-month period preceding the claim.
